Samsung Galaxy S IIowners andSamsung Galaxy Noteowners alike can rejoice this March as theAndroid 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwichsoftware update rolls out to them at last.
TheNorwegian branch of Samsunghas confirmed development ofICSis on schedule for a release at the end of this quarter, meaning the wait is finally over. Facial recognition unlocking, beautiful multi-tasking, a better browser and a lovely new task manager will be coming to theGalaxy S IIandGalaxy Notesoon. Mind you, with theGalaxy S IIIincoming, Samsung might’ve left the upgrade a bit late for impatient early adopters.
