CES 2024: TCL Brings Out NXTPAPER 14 Pro and TAB 10 NXTPAPER 5G
TCL’s latest NXTPAPER lineup of tablets are aimed at avid readers. They feature NXTPAPER 3.0 Display technology.

The CES 2024 is packed with tablet launches. After Lenovo unveiled theTab M11, we have TCL launching its latest lineup of tablet during the tech event, featuring cutting-edge innovations such as the advanced TCL NXTPAPER 3.0 display technology, the NXTPAPER 14 Pro tablet, TAB 10 NXTPAPER 5G,
The TCL NXTPAPER 3.0 Display Technology is specifically designed keeping readers in mind, prioritizing eye-care technology by reducing harmful blue light by up to 61%. This technology maintains sharp images, vibrant colors, deep contrast, and natural motion. The NXTPAPER 3.0 introduces Circularly Polarized Light (CPL) screens, replicating the natural light path of “emission – reflection – refraction.” This creates a visual experience similar to reading in natural light, enhancing the paper-like quality for increased eye comfort.
TCL has integrated additional eye-care features such as DC Dimming and an eye-care assistant that provides personalized reminders to users, encouraging breaks in screen time and suggesting adjustments to poor lighting conditions.
The company plans to introduce various tablets and smartphones equipped with NXTPAPER 3.0 technology to the global market in 2024.
The TCL NXTPAPER 14 Pro comes with a 14-inch display coupled with a 2.8K resolution. TCL claims it to be a slim and lightweight tablet that has camera placement akin to the OnePlus Pad. A MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC powers the tablet with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is backed by a 12000mAh battery with 33W charging support.
On the contrary, the TCL Tab 10 NXTPAPER 5G features a 10.4-inch 2K display. For now, we don’t know the details about the chipset powering the tablet but we do know that it is an octa-core SoC with 5G support and running Android 14 out-of-the-box. It packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A 6,000mAh battery backs the tablet.
As for their global launch, both the tablets are expected to launch in select regions this year including the US during Spring. Unfortunately, they won’t debut in Europe, the Middle East or Africa.
