iQOO Pad Launched With Dimensity 9000+ Chipset and 10000mAh Battery
iQOO’s first tablet goes official in China. It looks like a rebranded Vivo Pad 2.

Vivo’s sub-brand, iQOO, has released the iQOO Pad alongside the iQOO Neo 8 series in China. The iQOO Pad is their first tablet, which appears to be a renamed version of theVivo Pad 2that was launched in China in the previous month. The tablet will rival other market competitors such asXiaomi Pad 6,OPPO Pad 2, and more.
iQOO Pad Specifications and Features
The iQOO Pad has a camera bump in the top left corner, which is similar to the ones found in OnePlus, Vivo, and Oppo devices. It has a flat-edge design and is available in Interstellar Gray. The tablet features a 12.1-inch LCD display with minimal bezels and a 7:5 aspect ratio, providing a wider viewing experience. It is capable of displaying up to 1.07 billion colors, has a maximum brightness of 600 nits, and supports HDR10. Additionally, it has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 2.8K screen resolution.
The device is compatible with the Pencil 2 stylus, and there is also an optional iQOO smart touch keyboard available. The keyboard has a 64-key layout and a frosted glass touchpad measuring 6531mm².
The tablet has three cameras: a 13MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera, and an 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. Additionally, the tablet features four full-range speakers and two tweeter units to provide an immersive audio experience.
The iQOO Pad has a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor and comes with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB onboard storage. It also has a 14442mm VC cooling chamber to help with heat dissipation. The tablet has a 10,000mAh battery with 44W charging support.
The iQOO Pad runs OriginOS 3 operating system which is based on Android 13. It has features to enhance the user experience such as better optimization of third-party apps with the UI Adaptive Engine, one-touch transfers to mobile, mobile network sharing, Super Small Window Multitasking for easy switching between apps, the option to connect to a PC, iQOO Monster mode for gaming, and more.
The iQOO Pad is equipped with various connectivity features including Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C, and NFC. The tablet measures 266.03×191.60×6.59mm and weighs 585 grams.
iQOO Pad Pricing
The starting price of the iQOO Pad is RMB 2,599 (approx. $368) for the basic model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB + 256GB version costs RMB 2,899 (approx. $410). The tablet also comes with 12GB RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB, selling at RMB 3,199 (approx. $453) and RMB 3,499 (approx. $495) respectively. It will be up for sale in China starting from May 31.
