Nokia T10 Tablet Finally Gets Android 13 Update With New Features & Bug Fixes

In July 2022, Nokia released the Nokia T10 tablet with a UniSoc T606 chip and Android 12 OS. The affordable Nokia T10 tablet has now become the first Nokia tablet to be included in the OEM’s Android 13-compatible list. With the upgrade, the device gets additional UI customization options, privacy features, and tweaks similar to Digital Wellbeing. The Nokia T10 has been awaiting an upgrade for quite some time, and now Nokia has finally started rolling out the Android 13 update for the tablet alongside other Nokia devices.

The Android 13 update brings a new design language called Material You that utilizes “color extraction” from your wallpaper to customize your phone’s interface. You can also personalize other aspects like shape and typography.

The Nokia T10 is one of the best affordable 8-inch tablets you can buy. It offers a solid screen, the performance is good enough, and when paying just a bit more, you get LTE and more storage. It’s biggest highlight is that the T10 is promised to get three years of updates.

HMD Global, the company that licenses the Nokia brand, updated its tablet lineup with the release of the Nokia T10. This new model is an updated version of last year’s Nokia T20 and, while the design remains largely the same, the Nokia T10 is now available with a smaller 8-inch display instead of the 10.4-inch display that theNokia T20offered. The Nokia T10 was first launched in select global markets in July and is expected to compete with theRealme Pad miniin the compact Android tablet market.

The T10 tablet has an 8-inch screen with Full-HD resolution and 450nits brightness. The tablet’s screen has thick bezels that could potentially affect the viewing experience, but they could also prevent unintentional touches. The tablet is designed for a budget-friendly audience at $150 and has modest specifications. It has a compact 8-inch screen which may appeal to some users and makes the tablet more portable.

It has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera for selfies. It also includes stereo speakers, biometric face unlock, IPX2 rating, and Google Kids space and entertainment space. The battery capacity is 5,250mAh with support for 10W charging. The tablet is Android Enterprise recommended and will receive monthly security updates for 3 years. It comes in two versions- Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + 4G LTE.

The Nokia T10 tablet has a water-resistant build with an IPX2 rating. It has a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port. The tablet is available in two storage options – 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. It also has a microSD slot that can support up to 512GB of storage. The tablet supports dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth v5.0. it comes with an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and built-in FM radio receiver.
