Realme is in the news for an upcoming tablet that might be named Realme Pad 2 (it is expected to be the successor of the original Realme Pad). The alleged renders and specifications for this tablet have been leaked online.

Detechtors, a tech blog, has obtained exclusive information about the speculated RealmePad 2, including renders and the tablet’s spec sheet. The design of the tablet appears to remain relatively unchanged based on the renders, but the spec sheet contains intriguing details.

Below, you can see that the tablet has a two-tone finish at the back with flat sides and rounded edges. The camera module, with the Realme branding at the bottom right corner, is located within a thin two-tone strip in the top left corner. The circular cutout appears to have a single camera with a dual-tone flash. On the front, it seems to have an 11-inch display with symmetrical thick bezels.

The location of the power button and volume rocker on the tablet depends on whether you hold it horizontally or vertically, and they can be found in the top left or top right corner. The tablet has four speakers arranged in pairs, with two bottom-firing and two top-firing speakers. Additionally, there’s a USB Type-C port located at the bottom center of the frame.

According to the source, the upcoming tablet will come equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. Realme previously took a trial with Qualcomm in the Realme Pad X and Unisoc in theRealme Pad Mini, but it appears that they have returned to using MediaTek, which was also used in the first-generationRealme Pad.

The leak also suggests that the upcoming device may come with an 8,360mAh battery that supports 33W wired fast charging. In terms of memory and storage, it could have 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. There are also rumours of a single 20MP rear camera and a 12MP front-facing camera. The tablet may come pre-installed with Android 13 and be available in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi/LTE versions.

Currently, there is no official confirmation. Therefore, we advise you to consider this information with a grain of salt. We will inform you as soon as we have more details.
