Sony to unveil 6.4in Xperia smartphone at MWC?

It looks like Sony could be revealing it mobile-cum-tablet with 1080p screen soon

Sony blew us away with its new1080p screened Xperia Zat CES – and it looks ready to do it all over again, at Mobile World Congress next month, with its first 6.44in smartphone-cum-tablet.

This picture was posted byDigi-wo, a Chinese forum, showing the screen of a 6.4in handset – which it claims is a smartphone not a tablet. It reckons the device will sport a 1080p display and no physical front navigation buttons, like theXperia Z.

Will this be the newSamsung Galaxy Note 2challenger or is that size going to leave it in no man’s land? And with theXperia Tablet Z– the world’s thinnest and lightest slate – on its way, will anyone need this sized handset? Let us know in the comments below.
