Transforming solar lamp is your flexible friend
It may look like something from Tron but this concept lamp is anything but retro
Solar lamps usually sit in a row along a garden path providing very little actual light. This particular sun-powered concept, however, should prove to be a ray of sunshine in comparison.
Designed by Lenka Czereova, this Tron-looking lamp can be tweaked to your taste – if you get bored of your lamp you can use the hinges to change its appearance from a table lamp to a floor variant. Or a sort of terrifying robot claw. Definitely a case of more than meets the eye.
At the moment the shape shifting solar lamp is only a concept. So no trip down to Ikea to buy one, then. Maybe a Kickstarter is in order?
